Custom Cabinetry

As in other design areas, cabinetry has become increasingly more complex due to the wide variety of wood species available today as well as what we like to refer to as “Gingerbread.” By that we mean all the details that can be a part of a cabinet such as decorative moldings, onlays, glazed and/or distressed cabinets not to mention the vast array of hardware available. We feel it’s our responsibility to stay current with developing accessory products for cabinetry. Therefore, attending yearly trade shows has become a necessity.

A large part of cabinet design is conveying what the design will actually look like. Computer software has made it much easier and faster to develop realistic renderings of our cabinetry projects. We will develop the necessary floor plan, elevations and perspective views to enable you to envision the developed concept. Of course, this can only be accomplished after field measurements, consultation with regard to wood species, finish, “Gingerbread,” etc. Most companies are reluctant to give up their precious plans; however we would be happy to sell them to you with a credit toward the cabinetry purchase when we take your order.
